Caudies deFenouilledes is a small picturesque village surrounded by forest and vineyards and cut by rivers. It is situated in the French Pyrenees, some forty miles from the Mediterranean Coast.

The former 16th century mill has been refurbished and modernised to provide dormitory accommodation for up to 20 people with camping space available outside for larger groups. There is also a large kitchen and communal dining area, together with toilet and shower facilities.

• High altitude mountain walks
• White water rafting
• Swimming in still natural pools
