Job Title: Instructor In Outdoor Education
Salary: £14733 (plus Outer Fringe Allowance)
Location: Harlow Centre for Outdoor Learning
Essex Outdoors is looking for skilled and enthusiastic outdoor instructors to work at its Harlow Centre for Outdoor Learning. This is an exciting opportunity for applicants aged 18 or over to join our team, delivering high quality outdoor learning opportunities to the young people of Essex and the wider community.
Applicants will preferably hold, or have attended the training element of, the following national governing body qualifications: Mountain Leader Award; Single Pitch Award; Climbing Wall Award; British Canoe Union Level II Coach; Scottish Mountain Bike Leader Award.
Candidates should also be enthusiastic about working with young people, and be prepared to work flexibly. In return, Essex Outdoors offers an attractive salary, in-house training, and the opportunity to enjoy exciting offsite experiences across the UK and abroad.

We have largely filled our vacancies for this summer but are happy to take details should any future vacancies arise.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over, and will preferably hold, or have attended the training element of, at least one of the following national governing body qualifications: ML, SPA, RYA, BCU Level II, SMBLA, or CWA, although this is not essential. Candidates should also be enthusiastic about working with young people, and be prepared to work flexibly.
