At Mersea we have been providing high quality personal development courses for over 10 years, helping people to realise their potential.

We work closely with client groups to design courses to meet the needs that range from citizenship, social inclusion, employability and self-reliance.

Through a range of activities and problem solving tasks young people are encouraged to explore the consequences of making choices and how behaviour impacts upon their peers individually and collectively.

A process of facilitated feedback enables young people to identify their own and others strengths and to examine areas for personal development.
