We have indoor accommodation for up to 104 people. Our Blackwater Village can accommodate 54 people in 9 cabins with three sets of bunk beds in each, all with disabled access. Our 5 original cabins can sleep up to 10 people in each, with bunks and single beds.

We also have camping accommodation for up to 300, which can be combined with our cabin accommodation to suit your needs. Meals are provided by our catering staff and served in our dining rooms and we are happy to cater for all dietary requirements. We can organise a full package including accommodation and using our outdoor activities (bedding not provided).

Examples include:
School and youth groups - 3 to 5 day residential programme with on and off site activities
Prince's Trust Teams residentials as part of the 12 week programme
Sports clubs' weekend breaks with time for skills training
Staff Away Breaks - short breaks for company staff involving team development or just recreational activities
