TREE PLANTING THIS WINTER?

Fruit trees

National Tree Week is at the end of November, but we can help your school or club to plant trees throughout the winter! Book a session from November to February.   Essex Outdoors Instructors can lead an assembly, and work with classes or groups of children in the school grounds to plant the trees. Book us for a whole day or half day with your pupils, educating them about the importance of trees in our environment.

Essex Outdoors offers the following:

  • Native trees, many grown at our nature reserve, including oak, ash and field maple, for hedging or trees
  •  Rich compost from our reserve wildflower meadow
  • Advice and support for any tree planting scheme
  • All the tools needed for the day and a pre-planting visit to discuss your individual requirements

Book a 2009-2010 tree planting session and receive a discount on a group visit to the Daws Hall or Pelham Centres this winter.
